At BBS Digital Smart High School, we believe that discipline is the foundation of success. Our rules and regulations are designed to help students develop self-control, respect, punctuality, and responsibility.
These guidelines ensure that every child learns in a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.

📘 General School Rules

Students must maintain regular attendance and arrive on time for school and classes.
Every student should carry the school diary, ID card, and proper stationery daily.
Politeness and good manners are expected from every student inside and outside the school.
Students should take care of school property and help keep the campus clean.
Disrespectful behavior, bullying, or disobedience toward teachers or peers will lead to disciplinary action.
The use of mobile phones, smartwatches, or electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited inside the school premises.
Students must speak only in English while on campus (except during language classes).

👕 Uniform and Appearance Guidelines

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and properly every day.
Hair must be kept tidy — boys’ hair should be short and girls must tie their hair neatly.
Wearing of fancy jewelry, nail polish, tattoos, or makeup is not allowed.
On PT days, students should wear their sports uniform as instructed by the class teacher.

⏰ Attendance and Leave Policy

Minimum 85% attendance is required to appear for examinations.
Absence from school must be supported by a written leave application signed by parents/guardians.
In case of medical leave beyond three days, a medical certificate must be submitted.
No student shall leave the school premises without permission from the Principal or Class Teacher.

📚 Classroom Conduct

• Students should maintain  silence and discipline during class hours.
• Homework and classwork must be completed regularly and neatly.
• Students are encouraged to participate in all classroom and co-curricular activities.
• Speaking out of turn or disturbing others during class will not be tolerated.

• 📜 Examination & Assessment Rules

• Students must appear for all tests and examinations as per the schedule.
• Cheating or unfair means during exams will result in strict disciplinary action.
• Report cards will be issued only after the payment of all dues.
• Parents are requested to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly.

• 🚌 Transport Rules

• Students using school transport must maintain discipline inside the bus.
• No student should board or get off the bus except at the designated stop.
• Damage to bus property or misbehavior during transit will lead to suspension of transport privileges.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

• Use of mobile phones, cigarettes, or any harmful substance.
• Damaging school property, walls, or books.
• Involvement in bullying, fighting, or abusive language.
• Bringing unauthorized visitors into the school.
